Session Fee
- 60-minute individual session: $165
- 45-minute individual session: $145
Insurance
I am currently in-network with:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- United Healthcare
If you have another provider, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) to support your out-of-network reimbursement process.
Payment
Clients can pay via the secure client portal through TherapyNotes using credit, debit, or HSA/FSA cards.
Sliding Scale
At this time, I do not offer a sliding scale.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens—unexpected things come up, and sometimes attending a session just isn’t possible. Because of that, I offer one free late cancellation as a grace for all clients.
After that, if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $65 late cancellation fee will apply. This allows me to hold your time with care while also honoring the structure that supports this work.
